Hey everyone , It’s been a while since I sat down to write an article, usually the subject of my articles have been revolving around technology , but today I decided to touch down on one very sensitive topic which I feel is much necessary to be addressed.

Sharing with y’all some things that have always helped me overcome overthinking and anxiety.

Write down your thoughts

Recently I started writing down everything I feel in a diary, at the end of the day or when I feel anxious.

After writing, I usually tear off the pages and throw them. Not because I don’t like reading it but saving it comes with another anxiety of somebody else reading them xD). Sounds like a scene from Jab We Met, doesn’t it?

Trust me it really helps relieve anxiety and feel relaxed. The feeling of calmness it gives is the most one ever wants! Moreover, it helps you to know yourself better!

Do what you love the most!

Think only about yourself and no one else! Eat what you love, watch a movie , in short do what excites you the most! Nobody is more important than you yourself and nobody else will think about you, learn to prioritize yourself!

Listen to some calming music

Listening to music has always helped me calm down and gather my thoughts in the best way!

Make leisure and contemplation a priority

We can all be guilty of being “too busy” to take some down time, but leisure time is a necessity for emotional and mental health. Take some time to relax, contemplate, and pay attention to the positive things as you go about your day — even the small things. Write them down if you can, because they can be easy to forget. Then reflect on them later if your mood is in need of a boost.

“Life main koi bhi problem ho…….SO JAO!”

Yes you read that right and that’s my mantra!

Sleeping matters more than you think. Sleep is our body and mind’s best way to recharge and rejuvenate. One way to get sleep better is to take a break from the stimulation of screens — TV, phones, tablets or computers — in the hours before bedtime.

Feel free to connect here! ❤

That’s all folks! Hope you liked it!! :)❤
